This covers driveway parking, entry way bridge area leading to an open furnished space (kitchen, living, dining, and guest toilet), and an outdoor roof garden. Includes Use of lights, outlets. Excludes use of kitchen items, accessories and equipment, and garbage disposal. The space also doubles as the holding area, make-up and dress up area. Kindly note that this area is not airconditioned but has fans.

This covers Area 1 then the outdoor spaces adjacent to the Beehouse include the gardens outside the lower floor, and above The Burrow. Access to the Tungtong River available but subject to weather and safety.

INCLUSIONS AND EXCESS FEES +

Time slots are 7AM - 12NN or 1PM - 6PM. Photoshoots allow 5 persons (including the couple) and 5 hours use of venue. Excess fees apply at P300 per head (maximum of 10 persons including couple), P500 per head (after 10 heads capped at 15 persons) additional hours beyond 5 hours at PHP 2,000.00 per hour (maximum of 7 hours if no scheduled bookings follow the group and extension ends before 6PM). Per hour fee of PHP 3,000.00 is applied for early check-ins before 7AM, and extensions beyond 6PM maximum of 7PM.

PRICING
Pricing is true as of 2024 but may be subject to change on the discretion of Antipolo Beehouse at anytime. Effective for bookings made from January 1, 2024.

BOOKED TIME.
To maximize your stay, we recommend you arrive at the parking area 15 minutes early. If there are no other bookings prior to yours, you may request for an early check-in of up to 4 hours, excess fees apply

Check-out is strictly at either 12NN or 6PM. If there are no incoming guests on the day, you may request for a late check-out of up to 4 hours, excess fees apply. Under no circumstances will we approve late check-outs if there are new guests arriving.

RESERVATION & SECURITY DEPOSIT +

RESERVATION PROCESS
At least 50% to reserve, settlement is 3 days prior or earlier. Rental Agreement, payment options, and food order options will be sent via email. Full payment during reservation is also accepted.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A P5,000.00 refundable security deposit is required for all bookings prior to entry. Guests violating any of the house rules and venue guidelines as agreed will forfeit their security deposit at first noncompliance.

HOUSE RULES +

Antipolo Beehouse is first and foremost a home. Every house has rules, here are ours:

• No garbage • No smoking wherever • No fireworks, smoke bombs, confetti, or balloons or potential garbage • No alcoholic beverages or non-prescription or illegal drugs • Music/voices are to be kept at reasonable levels and not contain vulgar or offensive lyrics or words • No one will be admitted who is drunk or under the influence of illegal substances • No pets allowed as we have large dogs • No building / hammering / stapling anywhere / double adhesives • BYO kitchen props • Turn off engines while waiting • End Time Promptly - not last shots at end time • Maximum of fifteen (15) people in the renter’s party

NO GARBAGE. Leave no trace. Guest has the responsibility of the trash you and your group generate. We do not allow disposables, bring reusable water containers and your own garbage bags. "If it is brought in, it must be brought out." Pocket your own plastic packaging and all loose objects (candy wrappers, hairpins, etc).

NO OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINKS. Discounted food options are availablefor our photoshoot guests. This can be preordered at least 1 week prior and served during Cafe operations from Wednesday to Sundays 8A-3P. Options are enclosed in the email confirmation when you reserve. Serving Time to be advised by guest: AM Shoot - 8A to 11A / PM Shoot - 1P to 3P.

NO SMOKING. Smoking is not allowed anywhere within nor outside the property. It is prohibited inside and around all building structures, and all along driveway.

No open fires are allowed anywhere on the property. Fireworks are not allowed anywhere on the property. If you are celebrating a special occasion that calls for a firework display, please contact us first. Beer, wine and liquor is prohibited, as well as use of party poppers and fire hazards such as fireworks and flying lanterns, and colored smoke bombs.

KITCHEN ITEMS. Our kitchen items are only for display. If you require, bring your own kitchen equipment to avoid later complications due to loss / breakage / mixup.

NO PETS. We love animals, and we have our dogs Akima and Dahlia, their kids Crona, Greta, and Chocolat (unfortunately Choco-Vanilla our cat has since passed). However, from past experience pets our guests bring for photoshoots undergo stress due to the new space, and people which which have resulted in unpredicatble behavior. This poses a danger to our children and the suppliers as well.

PERSONAL SHOOTS ONLY. Published rates are not applicable for commercial shoots & video. A different rate applies for commercial shoots and can progress upon discussion. Email us at antipolobeehouse@gmail.com before making your booking.

DAMAGES. Guests are responsible for loss and damages to the property, buildings, kitchen equipment, appliances and accessories, fixtures and furnitures. The cost of replacement and major repairs will be charged to the guest accordingly.

STRUCTURES. Structures over 5 feet brought in or built within the premises, nor anything hammered or stapled on the structure.

HOLDING ROOMS. We have no holding room available, there is a toilet that doubles as a dressing area.
